Recently, I was chatting with a friend who was down in the dumps and full of despair. Uncertainty at work and the day to day struggles seemed to overwhelm him.

His assessment of himself was overly harsh. It was clear that he needed a listening ear, a reality check and to hear words other than his own.

1. Change Disrupts:

When hard times presentstand tall in spite of the circumstances ahead of you, don't buckle under or give up. Believe in yourself you've been resilient thus far so hold on and remember that your words and thoughts have power.

It's best to speak positives into your life, keeping in mind that the words you use and the vibes they give off have lasting impact and power. Your words can either be helping you to overcome or make you feel  defeated during difficult changing times.

2. Change Challenges:

Change may be happening in an area of your life where it is not especially welcomed. However, whether you like it or not. whether welcome or unwelcome change keeps rolling along both silently or overtly. Change is the only constant, so instead of resisting why not channel the energy of change and use it to your benefit.

3. Let Change Be A Friend:

Decide to make change your friend because itis a part of the ebb and flow of life. Even if change does not happen where you actually want it to occur do your best to embrace it.Choose not to be withdrawn, get stuck, repel or be in opposition to it because there is no growing is such tactics. Rather learn to work proactively with the energy of change.

4. Stop Negatively Manipulating Change:

Why not alter your perspective from trying to manipulate change simply because its a change or fear of the unknown? Or you dont really want it to happen. Instead, align with the change in a manner which offers healthy life-satisfying pathways.

Embrace change even if the situation you are dealing with is difficult. Its important to remain hopeful and positive about a brighter future and believe that change can be good.

5. Overcoming Change:

You matter, you're worth it and with the tenacity, you'll prevail over tough obstacles that accompany some changes. Let go of any toxic attachments and clear away the clutter that's getting in the way your adaptation to change or your success. Know that you've been gifted with the capacity and the abilities to triumph and rise above overwhelming challenges

Keep your eyes focused on the prize whatever that may be, look ahead and choose not to be discouraged.Where would you be without dreams and change?.It pays to live with hope in your heart, to dream always and ably manage change.

6. Change A Renewing Element:

is sometimes necessary. Make every effort to stay optimistic and confident during the dark periods of your life. Let go of fears; let go of any lack of enthusiasm, manage the situation and learn from the experience.Keep in mind every day is a time or chance for rebirth..

Remember life is counted not only in years but in many ways including the ways you can adjust to life's changes and ups or downs. So make your life count.

7. Tap Your Resiliency:

Remain open, do not allow yourself to become a recluse or cloistered away from caring friends if adverse change strikes. Instead, reach out and use all resources available to you.

Work to overcome adversity with your resilience and flexibility and use your resiliency to triumph over challenges or personal crises of all kinds.You'll bounce back stronger and wiser as you adapt and thrive from the challenge of change.
