You're on the journey of life and change is part of the process. Dream big but keep your focus manageable.

Leaving your comfort zone can be nerve racking; change can cause a good deal of disruption in your life and you may feel vulnerable, at risk or inadequate. But you have talents, skills and capabilities be confident and move forward.

Changes will happen and sometimes change is beyond your control; but you really don't know how strong you can be until you have to be. So, do not entertain self-doubt because it's unhelpful. You have the power to create significant change, the choice of what to change is up to you.

Sometimes it can be difficult to determine which is the best, whether to change you' or your state of affairs.  Changing you' means you can change things you do not like about yourself or a choice that you made in the past that needs undoing. Whereas changing your state of affairs refer to changing varied life circumstances, or situations or influencing forces that are under your control.

Change Challenges: Basically, your job, a relationship or your place of residence is not 'You' or who 'You' are. Carefully remove any barriers from hampering you progress and you'll be successful in your change process. If or when the change process seems complicated and insurmountable don't lose faith, just try to understand what you're going through.

You can succeed in making change of your authentic self if you have a flexible attitude towards life, an open-minded personality and good support systems to fight the battles in front of you

Manage Change: Learn to say no and go after opportunities that will help you be what you want to be. Know that you're not alone. Know yourself, and appreciate the good and the bad that comes along with change. And remember, whatever you're going through is only temporary and will eventually pass, because the best is yet to come.
