Ingredients you'll need:
- 1 prepared pie shell or graham cracker pie crust
- 2 cups pureed pumpkin
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 F.
- In a bowl combine pureed pumpkin, condensed milk,
- Add egg, ginger, salt, nutmeg and 3/4 tsp of cinnamon,
- Mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes
- Then lower oven temperature to 350 F.
In a small bowl mix together well
- Brown sugar, flour, leftover cinnamon
- Cut in butter.
- Add walnuts
- Sprinkle mixture over the top of the pie
- Bake it for another 40 minutes at 350 F.
Remove the pie. Let it cool for about 15 minutes

Serve with vanilla ice cream or a topping of fresh whipped cream
