Life is always changing but if you're the one who has chosen to make the change, then you'll probably feel more in control of the situation.

None-the-less, there will always be external events that cause change. Change may be forced upon you suddenly or may emerge more slowly. Regardless, change is inevitable since life changes continually.

Just remember that if you can do the change before you have to change, there will most likely be less pain in making the change.

Making a lifestyle change is challenging.Lifestyle changes are a process that takes time.To make lasting, positive lifestyle and behaviour changes take not only time but also commitment.

It's how you handle change that really matters. You'll need to take control of your reactions or your attitudes toward change. It often judicious to view change as an opportunity for self-improvement and growth.

Change can bring about periods of ambiguity and uncertainty. Change can cause you to feel threatened, fearful or immobilized particularly if the change is beyond your control.

Change, whether positive or negative, causes stress and stress can be detrimental to your health. However, change can mean new opportunities, achievements and enhancements.

So, embrace the change process and be willing to change. Know that you can succeed in making a change but it calls for flexibility.

  9. Dont give up.

In life, you are inevitably going to encounter challenges, obstacles, disappointments, and periods of adversity. With any change, you may encounter failure and setbacks.

The road along the way to a change may be tough and burdensome.You may feel the heavy weight of struggles tied in with change, even so, be flexible with your focus.

Focus on what you can do today, this gives you a feeling of more control over your future decisions. The more flexible you are, the more resourceful you'll be.

You may not know, what the future holds so, if you are in the middle of a change, don't fight it, welcome it. Intentionally focus on the upside of change, on the benefits and look at ways to optimize the opportunity

When you face a difficult change, don't anticipate all the problems, simply stop and refocus on the now. Instead of thinking of all the negatives and what could go wrong with change, shift your thinking to the positives.
