Great Rice Pudding PYD Chefs

2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 cups water
1 cinnamon sticks
1 cup rice
3 cups milk,

In medium saucepan. Bring to boil water and cinnamon sticks
Stir in rice.
Cook on low heat until rice is soft and water is absorbed approx 30 minutes
Add remaining ingredients the milk, sugar, and salt.
Cook for another 10-15 minutes until mixture thickens.

Serve in a footed glass.
Sprinke with a smidgen of ground cinnamon
or top with a small spoonfull of orange marmalade or appricot jam. Enjoy
